Kareem Yehya

Founder

As the founder of OpenVL, I work in the cultural heritage field, specializing in 3D digitization, online publishing, open access, storytelling, and interoperability. I have created 3D virtual worlds and developed an interactive digital archive to digitally preserve Palestine’s architectural heritage, focusing on neglected sites. By leveraging the digital archive, we transcend physical barriers and ensure the survival of these invaluable treasures. Our urgent endeavor epitomizes our commitment to preserving cultural heritage and shedding light on urban development in Palestine and beyond.

Adam Gara

Founder

As an entrepreneur deeply committed to social causes, I, Adam Gera, recognized the urgency of digitally documenting our cultural heritage. Understanding the gravity of the situation, I saw the critical importance of taking immediate action to ensure these sites are preserved for future generations. By initiating this mission without delay, we could rally the necessary resources and financial support to see it through. For me, this project transcends mere documentation; it’s a sacred duty to safeguard our history and legacy. The team and I are fully dedicated to this noble cause and determined to leave a lasting impact on our heritage. Through our collective efforts, we strive to ensure that these invaluable sites endure the test of time, inspiring and educating future generations.
